Overview
Located about 17 miles from Lisbon in the foothills, Sintra is a charming fairy-tale village with palaces, monasteries, and convents lost in the mountains. After being picked up by your driver in a luxury car or van from your centrally-located Lisbon hotel, discover Sintra many sites, including the UNESCO World Heritage Pena Palace, which is surrounded by a forest packed with thousands of plants, and a picturesque convent in the mountains.
Next, your driving guide will take you to the stunning Portuguese coastline to explore the beauty of Cascais, a fishing village full of charm. During the tour, you’ll stop for lunch (cost not included), while enjoying a beautiful view of the ocean.
At the conclusion of your tour, your guide will return you to your hotel. This is a perfect one-day addition to any of our Lisbon food tours!
