If they are best-selling food tours, does that mean there will be a large group?
No. Our group size for our food tours and cooking vacations always maxes out at around 10-12 participants, but for many of our culinary tours, the maximum is even smaller, 4-6 people. Often our culinary tours are private, and can usually be guaranteed as private.

Are the cooking classes really “hands-on?”
Yes! You will learn local recipes with our chefs during authentic hands-on cooking classes. Occasionally we will also feature a demonstration class, but we are always very clear where that is the case.

Besides cooking, what else can I expect during one of your best-selling culinary tours?
Like all of our culinary tours, most of our best-selling cooking vacations include:

No. Except for the occasional custom-designed culinary tour, our cooking vacations do not include air. We can, however, help you with your airfare.
