How to book a One-Day Class

  • We will always try to confirm your first choice of date, but, if that date is unavailable, your second choice (if provided) will be confirmed.
  • If you are a solo traveler, you can only join a class that is already confirmed. Please note that there is a $25 administrative booking fee for solo travelers booking a one-day class. IF YOU ARE A SOLO TRAVELER, PLEASE CALL OR WRITE OUR OFFICE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FORM.
  • In booking a class or trip you are agreeing to accept our Terms and Conditions. Make sure you are familiar with them.
  • Non-refundable full payment by Visa, MC, FedEX or check is required to book a one-day class. Please see the page for One-Day Classes for class prices.
  • When a booking is confirmed for two people, it does not guarantee a private class.
  • A class is considered available if it is not showing “Sold Out”. When requesting a class date it is helpful to include a choice of dates, if possible. We confirm when we have your booking form with a Visa, MC, AmEx or check. No payment will be processed until your participation has been confirmed.
  • If the class date is 14 days or less from the time of request a late booking fee of US$25 per booking applies.
  • This is a secure page. Just click “Submit booking” when finished filling out the form. It will then go to a “Thank You” page which is back on the normal server. You will receive an email stating that the form was successfully submitted. If you do not receive this email and are not directed to the “Thank You” page, your form was not submitted.
  • If you are interested in booking more than one cooking class, it is not necessary to submit more than one booking form. Simply put the request for additional classes in the notes section at the bottom of the booking form. Please include the class name, date requested (if possible a 1st and 2nd choice of dates), and the class price per person. Note that your agreement to all Terms and Conditions applies to each class booked.
  • We suggest you take notes during your cooking class.

Lunch (or dinner for evening classes) is included for all participants in the cooking class. It is possible for a companion who is not interested in participating in the cooking class to join you for lunch. A non-refundable payment in full is required to secure a booking of a one-day cooking class. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED WHEN YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM; YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR SELECTION. IF WE CANNOT CONFIRM, NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN. The International Kitchen always advises by e-mail if your class is confirmed, along with the necessary information. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your Spam folder. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to contact us at least 72 hours in advance if you do not have your class instructions. Once we confirm the class, there is no refund. If the class date is 14 days or less from the time of request, a $25 late fee also applies. Please note that a $25 administrative booking fee applies for solo travelers booking a one-day class. Insurance

Insurance: (This applies only to residents of North America. Travelers from outside North America should order travel insurance from a local company.)

The International Kitchen, Inc. strongly recommends travel insurance to cover the cost of your class or tour. If you request insurance, the cost of a Travelex Custom TraveLite policy to cover the cost of your cooking class will be charged to your credit card directly by Travelex Insurance. (Please see chart below for policy cost.) Should you require additional coverage, please indicate below.
