Travel agents: how to book a One-Day Class for your client(s)

  • We will always try to confirm your clients’ first choice of date, but, if that date is unavailable, their second choice (if provided) will be confirmed.
  • If you are booking a class for a solo traveler, they can only join a class that is already confirmed. Please note that there is a $25 administrative booking fee for solo travelers booking a one-day class. IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR A SOLO TRAVELER, PLEASE CALL OR WRITE OUR OFFICE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FORM.
  • In booking a trip you are agreeing, on behalf of your client(s), to accept our Terms and Conditions. Make sure you are familiar with them.
  • Non-refundable full payment by net agency check or net agency Visa, MC or AmEx is required to book a day class. Please see the page for One-Day Classes for class prices.
  • When a booking is confirmed for two people, it does not guarantee a private class.
  • A class is considered available if it is not showing “Sold Out”. When requesting a class date it is helpful to include a choice of dates, if possible. We confirm when we have your booking form and you have your client’s payment on file in your office. Once the net agency payment is received, documents for your clients will be sent.
  • If the class date is 14 days or less from the time of request a late booking fee of US$25 per booking applies.
  • This is a secure page. Just click “Submit booking” when finished filling out the form. It will then go to a “Thank You” page which is back on the normal server. You will receive an email stating that the form was successfully submitted. If you do not receive this email and are not directed to the “Thank You” page, your form was not submitted.
  • If you are interested in booking more than one cooking class, it is not necessary to submit more than one booking form. Simply put the request for additional classes in the notes section at the bottom of the booking form. Please include the class name, date requested (if possible a 1st and 2nd choice of dates), and the class price per person. Note that your agreement on your clients’ behalf to all Terms and Conditions applies to each class booked.

Lunch (or dinner for evening classes) is included for all participants in the cooking class. It is possible for a companion who is not interested in participating in the cooking class to join you for lunch. If there is no "lunch only" price listed under the class description, please inquire via email or telephone.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-APPLICABLE.

A non-refundable payment in full is required to secure a booking of a one-day cooking class. The International Kitchen always advises by e-mail if your class is confirmed, along with the necessary information. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your Spam folder. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to contact us at least 72 hours in advance if you do not have your class instructions. Once we confirm the class, there is no refund.
